Justin FletcherSenior Associate, Acquisitions/ISF

Justin joined Stonemont Financial Group in 2020.  He currently serves as a Senior Associate on the Investments/Acquisitions team with a focus on the Industrial Service Facilities (ISF) space.

Prior to joining Stonemont, Justin worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Structured Real Estate group at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, where he focused on the origination, underwriting, structuring and disposition of sale/leaseback, build-to-suit, and lease-backed note financing transactions for clients at the bank.

Justin graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, while also completing internships with Wells Fargo and CBRE.
