Kyle Heath
Senior Associate, Development/Acquisitions
Kyle joined Stonemont Financial Group in May 2021. His responsibilities at the firm include originating and executing on new speculative developments, build-to-suits, and acquisitions of existing assets, with a primary focus on Texas and Western United States.
He previously was an Associate at Fort Capital, a Texas-based institutional manager of industrial real estate. During his time at Fort, Kyle oversaw the asset management of a portfolio of 3.3 million square feet of assets. In addition to his asset management responsibilities, Kyle also led the firm in their pursuit and acquisitions of 1.5 million square feet of industrial real estate. Kyle started his career as an Analyst within the Merchant Banking Division at Goldman Sachs. While at Goldman, he evaluated over $4.6 billion in equity and debt investment opportunities across multiple products types (office, industrial, retail, multifamily, condos & timeshares) and business plan profiles (core, core-plus, value-add & development) throughout the United States and Latin America.
Kyle graduated Cum Laude from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Business Administration in both Managerial Finance and Real Estate. He resides in Dallas, TX and is an active member of NAIOP, Watermark Community Church, and the Texas Parks and Wildlife Foundation’s Stewards of the Wild organization.
