Nick PopeAssociate, Acquisitions/ISF

Nick joined Stonemont Financial Group in 2021 as an analyst on the transaction and acquisition team. He will focus on the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of potential investment opportunities and acquisition of properties across the U.S. with a concentration on the Industrial Service Facility (ISF) assets.

Prior to joining Stonemont, Nick worked as an Analyst at Truist Securities, the Investment Banking Division of Truist Financial Corporation. At Truist Securities, Nick was a member of the Industrials Group, focusing on coverage of the Transportation & Logistics and Building Products industries. Nick was involved in the origination and execution of debt capital markets and mergers and acquisitions advisory transactions.

Nick graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Auburn University. Nick holds Series 63 and Series 79 certifications.
