Nick SteenAssociate, Asset Management/ISF

Mr. Steen manages Stonemont’s Industrial Services Facility (“ISF”) Assets in Columbus, Chicago, California, and the Pacific Northwest. His responsibilities include lease negotiations, construction management, budgeting and financial forecasting. Since joining Stonemont in October of 2021, he has helped to transition 50 assets from acquisitions/transactions to asset management, including ISF’s largest single transaction to date, an 18-property portfolio in Chicago, before stepping into his role at asset manager. Nick brings 8 years of commercial real estate experience to his role at Stonemont, including 3 years of Industrial Leasing and Development and 3 years of Investment Sales and Debt Financing experience.

Nick graduated from University of Miami and has a JD from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He and his wife Nela live in Atlanta’s West End neighborhood and enjoy spending time at Atlanta’s many parks with their dogs, Callie and Mini. Nick is an avid (albeit amateur) guitar player and can be heard doing his best Jimmy Page impersonation many weeknights on Beecher Street.
