Patrick Heffernan

Mr. Heffernan joined Stonemont Financial Group in 2021 and is focused on asset management of the firm’s office and industrial assets.

Prior to joining Stonemont, Mr. Heffernan was with Rialto Capital Management in Atlanta and involved in the firm’s acquisitions and sourcing efforts for opportunistic real estate equity investments, as well as responsible for asset management of the firm’s multifamily assets comprised of 1,700+ units.

Prior to joining Rialto Capital Management, Mr. Heffernan was with Barings in Chicago and involved in the central region’s real estate acquisitions, asset management, and core mortgage placement efforts. Mr. Heffernan was directly responsible for or involved in the underwriting of $1.4B of closed equity acquisitions, $913M of core mortgage placements, and $124M of dispositions. In addition to transactions efforts, Mr. Heffernan was involved in the asset management of the region’s portfolio including leasing and execution of asset repositioning and value add strategies.

Mr. Heffernan graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and was captain of the varsity swim team. Patrick and his wife live in Atlanta, GA with their two children.
