Mr. Pergament serves as a Associate within the Development for Stonemont Financial Group.

Scott joined Stonemont in 2021 after working for Brookfield Asset Management as an Acquisition and Development Analyst.  At Brookfield, Scott was a member of the U.S. Logistics team.  He was primarily responsible for all Southeast underwriting and due diligence across the acquisitions and development platform.  Prior to Brookfield, Scott was an Analyst on the Office Investment Sales team at HFF in Atlanta.

Scott graduated from Georgia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering as well as a Minor in Management from the Scheller College of Business.
