Suraj BarotAssociate, Acquisitions/ISF

Suraj is an Associate on the Industrial Service Facilities (ISF) team and joined Stonemont Financial Group in 2021 as an Analyst.  His responsibilities include sourcing, underwriting, and executing of acquisition opportunities across the U.S.

Prior to joining Stonemont, Suraj was a member of the National Office and Healthcare Portfolio Tenant Representation Team at JLL, where he helped provide national and global strategic real estate solutions to a diverse range of clients, including Fortune 500 corporations, universities, large healthcare systems and professional sports teams.

Suraj attended Georgia State University while also completing an internship at JLL.
