Huntsville, Texas — Construction is underway on The Armory at Sam Houston, a 502-bed community currently being developed by Stonemont Financial Group in Huntsville, Texas.

The property will offer one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom units with bed-to-bath parity. Community amenities include a rooftop deck, resort-style pool, 10,000-square-foot clubhouse, putting green and seven-story covered parking garage. Cardinal Group Management will lease and manage the property upon delivery in fall 2018. MW Builders is the general contractor for the development.
