Andrew Silverman
Senior Project Manager, Development/Project Management
Andrew Silverman serves as a Senior Project Manager for Stonemont Financial Group. Andrew joined Stonemont in 2025 after working as the Senior Project Manager for Goldenrod Companies, Trimont, and Silverman Construction Program Management on high profile construction projects earlier in his career.
Prior to joining Stonement, Andrew served as the Senior Project Manager for a large developer to oversee a multitude of asset types. He gained a majority of his construction experience working on large scale, municipal/locally funded, and federally funded projects. He also has worked as an asset manager overseeing $4 Billion of assets under construction representing lenders and providing construction expertise for consulting services. He will primarily focus on the ISF platform for Stonemont while also providing support on all ventures.
Andrew graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Science in both Civil and Environmental Engineering. He also achieved a Master’s in Business Administration from Georgia Tech in 2019. Andrew lives local in Atlanta, GA.
