Anthony Parker
Vice President, Development & Construction Services
Mr. Parker is Vice President, Development and Construction Services at Stonemont, based in the firm’s Charlotte office. Anthony joined Stonemont in 2026, bringing more than 20 years of experience on both the construction and development sides of industrial real estate across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic.
Mr. Parker’s experience spans the life of a project from due diligence through disposition, including design, entitlements, and construction, as well as supporting deal origination, acquisitions, leasing, and asset management. Over his career, Anthony has delivered more than 10 million square feet of speculative and build-to-suit industrial product. Prior to Stonemont, he held development roles with Crescent Communities, McCraney Property Company, and The SunCap Property Group, and spent eight years as a Project Manager with The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company. He began his career serving in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. At Stonemont, Anthony focuses on translating each project’s real estate strategy into design, engineering, and construction execution, from initial concept through completion and sale.
Mr. Parker holds a B.S. in Construction Management from East Carolina University and an M.S. in Real Estate Development from Auburn University. He is a member of ULI and the CCIM Institute, where he is pursuing the CCIM designation, and serves on the CREDA Industrial Forum. A Connecticut native, Anthony moved to the Carolinas in the early 1990s and has called the region home ever since. He is a lifelong dog lover and avid outdoorsman who spends his free time on weekend trips to the mountains and the coast, mountain and road biking, playing pickleball, shooting skeet, and tackling projects around the house. He also owns a set of golf clubs that, by his own admission, look a little too new and a little too nice for his game.
