Arman Fashandi

Arman Fashandi serves as Vice President of Corporate Services at Stonemont Financial Group, supporting the firm’s investment team. Prior to joining Stonemont, he served as a Senior Development Manager at Amazon, leading complex build-to-suit transactions across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest regions. His responsibilities included site selection, land and building acquisitions, land-use entitlements, permitting, and construction oversight for large-scale development projects ranging from 1.0 million to 3.4 million square feet, including multi-story robotic fulfillment centers.
He specializes in structuring complex real estate transactions, navigating regulatory approvals, and advancing projects from concept through substantial completion. Focus areas include industrial and logistics real estate, build-to-suit development, entitlements and permitting, transaction structuring, and project delivery. Before Amazon, he managed utility-scale solar development projects for First Solar and led industrial build-to-suit initiatives for FedEx Ground. He began his career in corporate real estate at Provident Funding Associates, where he led portfolio-wide strategy and project execution.
Arman holds a master’s degree in real estate development and finance from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with his wife, Elizabeth.
