Assistant Vice President, Acquisitions/IOS
Ben Law joined Stonemont Financial Group July 2021 as an Associate. Ben currently serves as an Assistant Vice President with the company’s Transaction Management team, where he works closely with Acquisitions, Development, Capital Markets, Legal, Accounting, and Asset Management to execute all of the company’s acquisitions and debt/equity financings.
Prior to Stonemont, Ben spent five years with Cushman & Wakefield as an Associate, where he was directly responsible for underwriting a wide array of asset types including senior housing, multifamily, retail, medical office, and industrial properties.
Ben graduated from North Carolina State University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in History. He and his wife Chelsea live in Charlotte, NC where they enjoy playing golf and tennis together.
