Vice President, Acquisitions/ISF
Ben Law serves as Vice President of Development and Acquisitions for Stonemont, where he is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and executing industrial development and acquisition opportunities across the Mid-Atlantic.
Since joining the firm in 2021, Ben has held roles spanning Transaction Management, Asset Management, and Development, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the full lifecycle of industrial real estate investments. In his current role, he focuses on expanding the firm’s development and acquisition pipelines and growing its presence in key markets throughout the Carolinas, Virginia, and Maryland.
Prior to Stonemont, Ben was with Cushman & Wakefield’s Diligence Advisory Group.
Ben earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from North Carolina State University. He lives in Charlotte, North Carolina with his wife, Chelsea, where they enjoy golfing and playing tennis together.
