David Larame
Associate. Asset Management
David Larame serves as an Associate on the Asset Management team for Stonemont. David joined Stonemont in 2025 and assists in the management of their industrial build-to-suit and speculative development platform as well as medical office portfolios.
Prior to joining Stonemont, David spent 3.5 years at Mapletree Investments, where he began his career in property management, assisting in overseeing a diverse portfolio of industrial, office, student housing, and data center assets. He later transitioned into portfolio and asset management, with a focus on industrial assets across the Southeast and Northeast markets. His background blends operational experience with strategic oversight, supporting investment performance, leasing, and portfolio growth.
Mr. Larame graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the Manderson College of Business in 2013. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Georgia Terry School of Business. David lives in Atlanta, GA with his dog Dakota. He enjoys traveling, golfing and watching college football on the weekends.
