Dotte Meyer

Dotte Meyer serves as Director of Operations for Stonemont and oversees personnel management and business operations.    In our growing company, Dotte is focused on executing new business processes to optimize efficiency for our employees and clients.  Dotte’s concentration areas also include hiring and onboarding key personnel, benefit management, office operations and expansions, as well as project managing key initiatives. Dotte also plays an instrumental role in building and enhancing our Stonemont culture with an emphasis on our people and cultivating a positive and collaborative environment.

Prior to joining Stonemont in 2019, Dotte spent 9 years at Avison Young – Atlanta as Operations Manager where she played an integral role in the growth of the office from its inception in 2010. She was responsible for all matters relating to business operations, human resources, staffing and revenue processing. In addition to operations, Dotte has prior experience in marketing and industrial lease administration.

Dotte has a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Texas at Austin.  She resides in Atlanta, GA and enjoys the outdoors and traveling with her daughter.
