Ethan Kil
Staff Accountant, Accounting
Ethan Kil is a Staff Accountant on Stonemont’s Corporate Accounting team. He assists in the day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and ongoing operations.
Prior to joining Stonemont, Ethan interned at EisnerAmper (formerly known as Tidwell Group) as an affordable housing audit intern, introducing him to the field of real estate. He also worked at the Bank of America doing both leasing and AR work. Each role deepening his interest in the complexities of the real estate industry and financial reporting.
Ethan graduated with his BBA in Accounting from the University of Georgia in 2025 and also possesses a Masters of Accountancy with a specialization in tax. When not accounting, he can be found enjoying Georgia’s nature with his wife and dog.
