Hilton Kennington
Associate, Asset Management
Hilton Kennington joined Stonemont Financial in 2026 and currently serves as an Associate Asset Manager, where he helps cover asset management across the western and southwestern United States.
Prior to joining Stonemont, Hilton worked in asset management at Entrada Partners, where he oversaw leasing, dispositions, and construction projects for a flex-industrial portfolio in Texas totaling over 700,000 square feet and 120+ tenants. He began his career in commercial real estate as an analyst with CBRE National Partners in Dallas, where he supported the industrial investment sales team through underwriting, market research, and compiling offering memorandums across Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana.
Hilton graduated from Furman University with a B.A. in Business Administration and later earned an MBA from Southern Methodist University (SMU), with a dual concentration in Finance and Commercial Real Estate. He currently resides in Dallas, Texas.
