Jessica Drewett serves as Senior Associate – Asset Management at Stonemont, where she is focused on asset management for the firm’s industrial properties, primarily across Florida. She joined Stonemont in 2026, bringing over 5 years of experience in commercial real estate.
Before joining Stonemont, Jessica served as an Asset Manager at WMG Development, where she managed a $1.4 billion national retail portfolio spanning 26 states, overseeing leasing strategy and financial performance across a geographically diverse book of assets. Known for her high-trust relationships, sharp market knowledge, and strength in underwriting, Jessica has built a strong track record of cultivating long-term partnerships with tenants and brokerage firms alike.
Jessica graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a major in Finance. She lives in Tampa, Florida, with her husband and their dog, and spends her time outside of work staying active, reading, and exploring the city’s best coffee shops.
