John Spangler

Mr. Spangler joined Stonemont Financial Group in 2022 after working for Trimont Real Estate Advisors as a Director of Asset Manager on Trimont’s dedicated Blackstone Team. At Trimont, John assisted Blackstone in the asset management of a diverse portfolio of asset classes including office, hospitality, multifamily, industrial, student housing and mixed-use. Currently, John is a Vice President of Asset Management on Stonemont’s ISF platform, overseeing 35+ industrial assets and $369M AUM.

Prior to joining Trimont, Mr. Spangler was a Project Manager at David Pattillo & Associates, where he provided consulting services in Owner’s Representation, Project Risk Management, and Dispute Resolution. Mr. Spangler was primarily responsible for construction phase reporting, technical cost and scheduling analysis.

 Mr. Spangler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the College of Charleston and an MBA from The University of Georgia, Terry School of Business.
