Jonathan Ashley

Jonathan serves as a senior analyst on the Asset Management team for Stonemont Financial Group. Jonathan joined Stonemont in 2022 and is focused on building the asset management platform for the firm’s Industrial Service Facility (ISF) portfolios.

Prior to joining Stonemont, Jonathan was a consultant at Altus Group where he gained real estate valuation and institutional reporting experience. He worked on appraisal review of assets and portfolios across all product types with locations throughout the United States.

Jonathan graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business of Administration degree in Finance and Real Estate from the Terry College of Business in 2019, while also completing an internship at Selig Enterprises.  Jonathan grew up in Dunwoody, GA and now resides with his wife in Marietta, GA with their three dogs and cat.
