Kyle Murray

Kyle Murray serves as Corporate Accounting Manager, responsible for the documentation and review of corporate books, financial reporting, treasury and other special projects. Kyle joined Stonemont in 2025, bringing 9 years of experience in the accounting field at Preferred Apartment Communities where he managed the month end close for their multifamily portfolio, oversaw accounting functions for property acquisitions and dispositions, and helped develop new reporting processes after the Blackstone merger and integration.

Kyle graduated from the University of West Georgia in 2016 with his Bachelor of Business Administration with a degree in accounting. He is originally from Luthersville, GA and now resides in Vinings, GA with his Fiancé, Nikki and Chesapeake Retriever, Chloe
