Kyle Stoker
Associate, Development/Acquisitions
Kyle Stoker joined Stonemont in 2025 and currently serves as an Associate, based in the firm’s Tampa office. He supports the firm’s industrial development and acquisitions efforts across Florida, with a focus on sourcing, underwriting and executing build-to-suit projects, speculative developments, and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Stonemont, Mr. Stoker was an Analyst in the Real Estate Investment Banking group at Raymond James in St. Petersburg, FL. During his time at Raymond James, he advised public and private real estate companies on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and joint ventures across a variety of property types. His work included financial modeling, valuation, and preparation of offering materials for both platform-level and asset-level investments.
Mr. Stoker earned both a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida, where he was actively involved in the Bergstrom Real Estate Center. He currently resides in Tampa, FL.
