Lachlan Carlyle

Lachlan Carlyle serves as Senior Vice President of Originations for Stonemont Financial Group. Lachlan joined Stonemont in 2020 and currently manages the firm’s exclusive partnership with Regions Bank, working with corporate clients of the bank to advise them on their real estate strategy and to source sale/leaseback and build-to-suit lease transactions. Lachlan also maintains relationships with Stonemont’s developer clients and seeks to find opportunities to partner on build-to-suit projects. Since his time at Stonemont, Lachlan has sourced approximately $400 million in transaction volume.

Prior to joining Stonemont, Lachlan spent six years at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey in the Structured Real Estate Group, a principal investor in single tenant, net lease transactions. Lachlan also worked for Barclays Capital for three years in the Global Real Estate Investment Banking Group, which focuses on providing REITs and other real estate companies financial advisory services, including M&A, and equity and debt placement.

Lachlan received his MBA from Emory’s Goizueta Business School and bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Commerce from the University of Queensland, Australia. Lachlan and his wife, Jacqui live in Atlanta, GA with their three children.
