Lleyton Poole joined Stonemont in 2026 and currently serves as a Senior Analyst on the healthcare real estate team where he underwrites and executes acquisitions, build-to-suit projects, and speculative developments across the Southeast.
Prior to joining Stonemont, Lleyton began his career at Truist Securities within the Debt Capital Markets – Project Finance group, where he focused on underwriting renewable energy & power assets across North America and corporate credit facilities for energy & power developers.
Lleyton graduated from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business in 2025 with Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Finance and Management Information Systems. He currently resides in Atlanta, GA.
