Matt Davis serves as the Head of Data Center Advisory, overseeing the strategic development, deployment, and scaling of the firm’s digital infrastructure portfolio. With over 25 years of experience at the intersection of real estate, capital markets, and technology, Matt is a specialist in building high-growth platforms that maximize capital efficiency and investor returns.

Throughout his career, Matt has demonstrated a unique ability to bridge the gap between complex physical infrastructure and institutional investment strategy. He has been the part of the founding team scaling four category-leading startups—achieving valuations in excess of $350M—and has managed national deployment programs with annual capital outlays surpassing $1B.

Matt’s expertise spans the entire data center lifecycle, from powered land development and shell construction to high-density cooling and hyperscale go-to-market strategies. He has been instrumental in designing the infrastructure ecosystems used by the world’s largest technology entities, including Google, Meta, and Intel, and has held senior leadership positions at industry-defining firms such as CBRE, Zayo, and Level 3 Communications.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts from Luther College focusing on Business Administration, MIS, Accounting, and Economics. Based in Dallas, he is an active member of the local community and enjoys spending time with his family, boating, and fishing.
