Michael Coogan
Vice President, IOS
Mr. Coogan serves as Vice President of Asset Management for Stonemont Financial Group. Mike joined Stonemont in 2023 and is focused on asset management of the firm’s industrial outdoor storage and logistics assets. Prior to joining Stonemont Mr. Coogan worked with Voya Investment Management, Trimont Real Estate Advisors, and Ackerman & Co.
Mr. Coogan graduated from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School with concentrations in Real Estate and Finance in 2023 and received his undergraduate degree from Sewanee: University of The South. Mike and his wife live in Atlanta, GA and recently welcomed their son Clark in June of 2023.
