Mitchell Banister joined Stonemont in March 2021. Initially, focused on ground-up developments, Stonemont Income Fund, and initial seed assets for the Industrial Outdoor Storage platform. Mitchell transitioned to the Industrial Outdoor Storage platform full time after a large influx of acquisitions during 2021.
Prior to joining Stonemont, Mitchell was a property accountant for RangeWater’s property management division. Mitchell was responsible for completion, review, and delivery of financials for Multi-Family properties for 5 regional and national owners.
Mitchell graduated from The University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, specializing in Professional Accounting, in 2017.
