Paul Helow
Vice President, Data Centers
Paul Helow serves as Vice President of Data Centers for Stonemont. Paul joined Stonemont in 2026 after gaining valuable data center and real estate experience with Edged Data Centers and Endeavour.
Prior to joining Stonemont, Paul was Principal of Shepherd Real Estate Partners, a real estate development company founded in 2021. Shepherd focused on multifamily and commercial development throughout Northeast Florida. During his time at Shepherd, Paul focused on vertical development, the acquisition of real estate assets, and creating value for a select group of clients.
Paul began his career with Signet Real Estate Group, a development firm based in Akron, Ohio, specializing in healthcare and student housing. During his tenure as a Development Director, he was responsible for managing active developments, underwriting new development opportunities, and pursuing new business development.
Paul graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He went on to receive his Master of Business Administration from Loyola University New Orleans. Paul and his wife, Tammy, reside in Atlanta, GA.
