Reece Minor
Vice President, Analytics
Reece Minor joined Stonemont Financial Group as Vice President of Analytics to build and lead the firm’s data and analytics function from the ground up, encompassing data infrastructure, predictive modeling, process automation, and the strategic integration of AI across the organization.
Prior to joining Stonemont, Reece served as Director of Strategic Finance and Analytics at Leon Capital Group where he led the FP&A function and all data analytics within the industrial platform. Prior to that, he worked at Amazon as Head of FP&A for the Global Logistics organization, and IDI Logistics as Manager of FP&A for their $5B+ industrial portfolio.
A graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, Reece holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Master of Science in Analytics. He and his wife Hanna are lifelong Atlanta natives living in the Vinings area with their son Miles, who was born in 2025.
