Stonemont, an Atlanta-based real estate investment firm, today announced it has hired Corbin Stall as Texas market lead and vice president. Based in Dallas, Stall’s hire reinforces Stonemont’s commitment to expanding its presence in the nation’s fastest-growing industrial markets and continues a series of strategic investments in strengthening the firm’s leadership team.
As Texas Market Lead and Vice President, Stall will be responsible for business development initiatives and client relations across the state, working to continue expanding Stonemont’s pipeline of projects in the market. While he will be based in the Dallas-Fort Worth region, Stall will identify opportunities in all key markets in Texas, including Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and other target markets across the Southwest.
“Stonemont’s entrepreneurial approach and best-in-class industrial operations platform stood out to me,” said Stall. “The firm has built a strong track record by being decisive, relationship-driven and highly attuned to market fundamentals. Texas, particularly the Dallas-Fort Worth region, continues to lead the country in industrial demand and absorption, and I’m excited to hit the ground running to deepen and further establish Stonemont as a trusted, long-term partner in this market.”
Stall brings over a decade of experience in commercial real estate development, acquisitions, leasing and capital markets to Stonemont, having previously worked for Stream Realty Partners and JLL. Most recently, he served as the Vice President of Acquisitions & Development at Leon Capital Group, where he helped to build out the company’s national industrial platform into an established program with a growing team.
“Corbin possesses an intricate understanding of the industrial landscape in Texas and has a keen ability to anticipate what tenants need in each market,” said Bryan Blasingame, President, Chief Investment Officer and principal at Stonemont. “His macro-level mindset and deep relationships across the brokerage and development communities make him the ideal leader to expand our Texas platform. As we continue to deploy capital across the state, Corbin’s leadership will be instrumental in identifying high-quality opportunities and strengthening our presence in one of the country’s most dynamic industrial markets.”
Stall is a graduate of Dartmouth College, where he played varsity football. He is an active member of the North Texas chapter of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, and is a part of the NAIOP National Forums program.
Stonemont has invested heavily in Texas, with over 2.5 million square feet of development currently in its pipeline and 12 active projects across the state. The firm continues to bolster its leadership teams, including with the recent promotion of Mike Patel to COO and the hiring of Lindsay Kindlon as co-head of industrial real estate, based in its Chicago office.
