Stonemont secures 300K SF lease at industrial park in Wilmer, Texas

Stonemont Financial Group, a private real estate investment firm specializing in industrial development, acquisitions and net lease investments, has signed a 296,240-square-foot lease with Binary Container Logistics at Sunridge Industrial Park in Wilmer, Texas, a suburb just south of Dallas. Binary Container Logistics, a global logistics group specializing in supply chain solutions for the new energy industry, is expanding to strengthen its operations in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) region.

Located at 800 Cottonwood Valley Road, Sunridge Industrial Park sits just minutes from I-45 and I-20, allowing convenient access to the greater DFW metroplex. The building offers a 40-foot clear height, cross-dock configuration, 319 parking spaces and 135 trailer stalls with room for future parking additions. The project also offers 3,000 square feet of speculative office space, LED lighting fully installed and eight dock levelers. Nathan Lawrence, Krista Raymond and Will Carney of KBC Advisors represented the landlord in facilitating the lease.
