Stonemont acquired two oncology centers occupied by Northside Hospital located in Greensboro, GA and Hawkinsville, GA. The properties include an 11,271 SF comprehensive cancer treatment center (Greensboro – Lake Oconee) and a 10,212 SF medical office building on the Taylor Regional Hospital Campus in Hawkinsville. Both buildings are fully occupied by Northside Hospital Cancer Institute and provide oncology services to respective communities. Since closing, Stonemont has invested in building capital improvements and extended out lease terms to increase the value of properties.
