Stonemont sourced the deal off-market and since closing has utilized its local Atlanta healthcare network to lease-up a once 65% occupied building to 100% occupancy. This value-add by Stonemont has improved the asset’s Net Operating Income, Weighted Average Lease Term, and tenant credit profile. The Property is strategically located less than a mile from the Avalon Shopping Center, one of the premiere outdoor shopping centers in the Southeast. Stonemont’s future plans include renovating the Building’s lobbies to further increase the value of the Building.
