Stonemont worked with Prologis to build a 1.5 M SF warehouse and distribution center in Newnan, GA for Goodyear.  This project was completed in Spring of 2021 and was the largest build-to-suit project for industrial space under construction in metro Atlanta. Shortly after rent commencement, Stonemont recapitalized the property, bringing in the long-term institutional partners.
