Groveland Central Logistics

Co-developed with CA Ventures and Whitley Capital, this 876,750 SF project is located on 74 acres just two miles from Florida’s Turnpike.  The Class A development consists of one cross-dock facility with a 36’ clear height, 180 loading doors, 435 auto parking stalls, 252 full-size trailer parking stalls, and LED warehouse lighting. The project is based on the bulk industrial thesis that has continued to perform well in Florida. The building will be ready for immediate occupancy in Q1 2024.
