This is a three-building park totaling 200,000 SF. This development sits just 1.1 miles SW of I-75 near the intersection of Jiles Rd. and Cherokee St. During construction, we pre-leased 81% of the project to 4 different tenants. Over that time, we increased starting rental rate over 30% between our first and last leases. Prior to completion, we launched our marketing campaign and ultimately sold the project shortly after completion. Stonemont outperformed original underwriting in several categories including achieved rental rates and sale prices.
