Stonemont partnered with Fortius Capital Partners to build three Class A industrial warehouses in the Charlotte suburb of Kannapolis, NC.  The buildings range from 125,000 SF to 300,000 SF with total development expected to be 700,000 SF. The project sits on 34 acres of land that previously held the minor league stadium for the Kannapolis Intimidators. In October 2023, the joint venture sold the 125,000 SF building to Chick Fil A, where they will house their new regional distribution center.
