Stonemont Financial was selected by MJB Wood Group, a specialty wood manufacturer and distributor based out of Dallas, TX to execute a build-to-suit lease on a 500,000 SF industrial facility in Elkhart, IN. The property is the flagship facility for the Company and will include 100,000 SF of dedicated manufacturing space, with the balance serving as a distribution facility to serve the Company’s local clients. MJB was operating a leased warehouse and several satellite manufacturing facilities. By consolidating operations under one roof, the Company has saved significant time and money, and better serve its clients.
