Omni Industrial Park


Omni is a 1.3 M SF logistics project that was developed 23 miles from the Port of Charleston in the Omni Industrial Campus.  This project is a 220 acre master planned industrial park located on I-26.  The project consisted of a build-to-suit, rear-load facility, totaling 360,320 SF which is leased to Thorne Research.  Additionally, it included a speculative cross-dock facility, totaling 606,880 SF and a speculative rear-load facility totaling 364,700 SF.
