The Martin-Brower Company, LLC – Oshawa, Ontario

Stonemont Financial was selected by The Martin-Brower Company, LLC, the largest global provider of McDonalds restaurants, to provide capital for the construction of a 172,000 SF cold storage facility in Oshawa, Ontario in late 2022. The project will add capacity to Martin Brower’s east Canadian network to relieve pressure from Martin Brower’s current facilities which are currently at capacity.

Stonemont was awarded the deal due to superior pricing, ability to execute on complex transactions, and manage projects effectively across borders.
