West Chicago – DuPage Crossings (Spec)

Along with Stotan Industrial, this Class A warehouse distribution facility was completed in Q3 2023.  This project is 258,720 SF and is located on 17 acres within the Fox Valley submarket just over 30 miles from the greater metropolitan Chicago area. The building features 36’ clear heights, 32 exterior docks, 45 trailer parking stalls, 219 car parking spaces and will be divisible up to 130,000 SF. The majority of the property was pre-leased prior to the completion of construction.
